What is E-Invoice?An e-Invoice is a digitally structured transaction document validated through the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia (IRBM) system. Does e-Invoice affect my purchase process?No. The purchase process remains unchanged. Additional information may be required when requesting an e-Invoice.
How can I request an e-Invoice?Requests can be made via the GREX E-Invoice Portal. Personal purchases use membership or customer details (if applicable). Corporate purchases require Company Name, TIN, and Registration Number.
When should I request an e-Invoice?Requests must be submitted within the allowed timeframe, typically no later than the end of the following month after the transaction date.
